We believe that the only case in which you want to return a gift with feelings is when it has no feeling – which is not the case here. Honestly, we believe so much in the power of our smart products that we want to be in no return.

How long do the products have a warranty?

We offer a warranty of 24 months for our products which can be replaced within 72 hours from the return date.

The client has the right to return uncustomized products within 14 days as per the EU law, and for 2 years the client has the right to any complaint about the technical issues within the product.

However, if it happens, a return or replacement can be made within 30 days for products that have a defect even if it’s customized, for uncustomized products you have the right to return them within 14 days. You need the gift guarantee and the tax receipt proving the purchase.

Please take these aspects into account when you want to make a return: 

If you notice operation problems, in a maximum of 30 days you can request the return of the product. The product must be sent in the original packaging, together with the original documents of the respective transaction. In this case, we can replace it with an identical or similar one. If unfortunately, it shows signs of wear or damage, there is nothing we can do
