How long do the products have a warranty?


We offer a warranty of 24 months for our products which can be replaced within 72 hours from the return date.


The client has the right to return uncustomized products within 14 days as per the EU law, and for 2 years the client has the right to any complaint about the technical issues within the product.


However, if it happens, a return or replacement can be made within 30 days for products that have a defect even if it’s customized, for uncustomized products you have the right to return them within 14 days. You need the gift guarantee and the tax receipt proving the purchase.
