ML Delivery & Refund Policy
ML Intelligent Technology AB, this Policy describes how we manage the delivery and the refunds.
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been fulfilled, shipped or delivered per carrier tracking info.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your ML is scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged ML with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. In the case that an ML does not adhere well to a case or phone, you may be eligible for a replacement ML device, not a refund.
If you are having trouble using your ML or popping to compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at support@intelligenttech.se Typically, all issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from the team!
If you have successfully able to use your ML and are experiencing issues popping to a compatible device after you’ve contacted support@intelligenttech.se, you may be eligible for a refund. Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 days.
Payment
The customer’s bank card will be debited by the purchasing value after the customer confirmed the payment at the checkout.
Warranty
If your ML loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of your order being marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free placement.
Pro Member Special Warranty
Beyond 30 days after your ML is marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement ML should your ML become damaged or lost. Please contact support@intelligenttech.se for assistance with this.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for customized products and only for our standard products without personalization.
Shipping
We accept returns in 14 days from the delivery date.

Orderhantering
How long does the gift wait to receive its piece of soul and to start traveling to the seas and lands? 1-3 working days. We process gifts with soul in our workshop according to the normal schedule – from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:00 – without abuse of magic and making sure they have the perfect amount of soul.
And if there will be cases, days, or periods in which we will not be able to make deliveries, then, don’t worry, we have Facebook, Instagram and a site where we will announce.
The customer has the possibility to choose in real time the shipping company, the price, and the delivery date in the checkout page.
Leverans
A gift with a soul goes anywhere in the world.
On the Swedish territory, Fedex is a wind-assisted aid, and is responsible for adjusting sails and shortening distances over seas and countries.
The transport in Sweden is paid by the customers, and all the products shipped internationally are insured. In the country, your gift ends up making the receiver happy in 2-5 working days from the order processing. And, if it crosses the borders, then the joy has time to grow just like a leavened shell, from 5 to 7 working days from processing date of the order. This means, the international delivery period is between 5 and 7 working days, from the processing date of the order.
