How do I pay?

To share your feelings is a fantastic job, but to attach a piece of it to a gift you need a magic formula. Payments for this can be made as follows: 
– By card: When you choose to pay with the card, the order is confirmed when the amount of the order has been withdrawn from the card, and your card will be debited with the purchased amount before the delivery.

All payment details are treated with high security and protected by banks, we don’t store any of your payment details in our platform intelligenttech and all are treated and operated by Bamboora and Handelsbanken in high security behind a firewall.

Order processing

How long does the gift wait to receive its piece of soul and to start traveling to the seas and lands?

1-3 working days. We process gifts with your feelings in our factory according to the normal schedule – from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:00 – without abuse of magic and making sure they have the perfect amount of soul.

And if there will be cases, days, or periods in which we will not be able to make deliveries, then, don’t worry, we have Facebook, Instagram, and a site where we will announce.


A gift with feelings goes anywhere in the world.

On the Swedish territory, DHL, Postnord or UPS are the shipping companies with which we are working and you have the freedom to choose the suitable company and price at the checkout.

In the country, your gift ends up making the receiver happy within 2-5 working days from the order processing. And, if it crosses the borders, then the joy has time to grow just like a leavened shell, from 5 to 7 working days from the processing date of the order. This means the international delivery period is between 5 and 7 working days, from the processing date of the order.

And if the destination is one of the countries that are not part of the European Union, a tax specific to that country will have to be paid.

Exchange and return conditions

We believe that the only case in which you want to return a gift with feelings is when it has no feeling – which is not the case here. Honestly, we believe so much in the power of our smart products that we want to be in no return.

How long do the products have a warranty?

We offer a warranty of 24 months for our products which could be replaced within 72 hours from the return date.

The client has the right to return uncustomized products within 14 days as per the EU law, and for 3 years the client has the right to any complaint about the product.

However, if it happens, a return or replacement can be made within 30 days for products which has a defect even if it’s customized, for uncustomized products you have the right to return them within 30 days. You need the gift guarantee and the tax receipt proving the purchase.

Please take these aspects into account when you want to make a return: 
– if you notice operation problems, in a maximum of 30 days you can request the return of the product. The product must be sent in the original packaging, together with the original documents of the respective transaction. In this case, we can replace it with an identical or similar one. In order to process your order completely, we hand over your data to our partners, for example, PostNord, DHL, and UPS through the Frakt jakt and Grossist platforms. We also collect your address information from third-party services for address updates. We may hand over information to our suppliers, for example in the event of a complaint or a spare part purchase. In connection with a spare part purchase, When you visit our website, we save the following data for administrative and technical reasons: type and version of the browser used, date and time of the visit, and your IP address. This information is anonymized and used in the production of statistics and in the improvement of our e-commerce platform. The anonymized data is separated from your personal data, saved in a secure system, and cannot be linked to a specific person. This means that your personal data will always remain protected.

Correction of your personal data:
At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible. However, we do not have the option to change personal data on existing orders.

Deletion of your personal data:
At your request, we delete the personal data we process about you if they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected. If there are legal requirements for the processing of your personal data, we will end the processing of the data for purposes other than complying with the legislation, for example, accounting and tax legislation.
